5. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Candles cannot be returned once opened or used.
We only offer replacements if:
-You received the wrong item, OR
-Your item arrived damaged.
If this happens, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
6. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved cases (wrong or damaged items).
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days via EcoCash USD or as arranged.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
